Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged.
- Seconds: All items marked as seconds are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If item is damaged during shipping, please follow the guidelines under "My order broke during shipping."
My order broke during shipping
Oh no! All items are shipped with insurance via UPS or USPS. In order for me to help you process a claim with the carriers for your item I will need the following.
- Photo of all 6 sides of the shipping box
- Photo of the packaging material inside the shipping box
- Photo of the damaged item
If I have more of the item you purchased in stock, as soon as the claim is processed from UPS or USPS I will ship you a new item. If I do not have any more of that item in stock I will provide a few offers for you.
